Preferra Insurance Company RRG Extends Support to Policyholders Affected by California Wildfires
Frederick, MD – January 15, 2025 With deep sadness and a commitment to supporting our policyholders during this devastating time, Preferra Insurance Company RRG is announcing proactive measures to provide relief to those impacted by the California wildfires.
Recognizing the challenges and heartbreak caused by these wildfires, Preferra is offering a 90-day grace period for liability policy renewal payments. This extension applies to affected policyholders based on their mailing zip code and begins with the policy expiration date in 2025. Our goal is to alleviate some of the financial stress our policyholders may be experiencing during this difficult time.
“We want our policyholders to know that we are here for them,” said Preferra Board President Dr. Richard Jones. “During times of crisis, the last thing they should have to worry about is meeting payment deadlines. Our team is dedicated to providing the support they need to navigate these challenges.”
Policyholders needing assistance or risk management support to address work-related issues during this time are encouraged to contact Preferra. Risk management experts are available for confidential consultations, providing guidance tailored to individual needs. For assistance, please call customer service at 888-278-0038 or email [email protected].
Preferra’s customer service team is also available to address any additional concerns or needs. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the wildfires, and we hope for peace and safety to prevail during this trying time.
